Clean truck . Clear communication. Will be using again for sure!

Pick-up instructions from Tampa were easy to understand. The truck interior was clean as if it was just detailed. However, the vehicle tires were on wear bars and the wiper blades were very worn out. I will be booking with this host again next year with the hope these minor issues aren’t a recurring issue.

I have rented a lot of vehicles through different companies before, probably in the hundreds. I’ve never gotten into a vehicle that was this much of a death trap. The steering was rattling all over the place, and was pulling to the right terribly hard. Everywhere I went I thought the front end was going to come out of the truck. Asked for a refund, was denied. This company clearly does not care about the safety of their vehicles.
