Series of vehicle problems including total brake failure while I was driving.
Lots of excuses from owner but no taking responsibility. Offered me tiny pickup truck as swap for 7 passenger SUV. Worst experience ever w Turo.
Guests demanded their entire trip fee back! Extortion attempt much? You broke the Turo TOS by your demands for a full refund or else...!! HORRIBLE GUESTS!
