The car was dirty inside and out when I picked it up. I was sent instruction on which car wash to use when the vehicle should have been clean to start with. There were stains on the back seat. It also smelled like smoke.
The vehicle was clean inside out as we do before every reservation, we apologize if it was not up to your standards, and yes we have free subscriptions to car wash to encourage guest to return the vehicle as how they got it or close to how they got it so they can avoid a 150$ cleaning fee from Turo we understand stuff can happen on a trip and cars can get messy especially with children.Guest are not obligated to do so it’s more of a fyi. We have our guests best interests in our consideration.
