Pickup/dropoff was a breeze.. Host was very responsive. Car drove smooth, only had a minor issue with the key fob starting the vehicle; FYI just make sure you hover the fob over the push to start button and wait for the beep and the Rogue will start right up.

The car wouldn't start right away unless you fiddled with the key fob most times. At 1 point I was sitting in a parking lot for about 15 minutes in 90 degree weather. The people are decent, but very inconvenient to work with. I will only rent from them as a last resort
