Car was not in good condition and the host acted like they didn’t know about the issue when I knew from the moment I drove off from the location.

The quality of the car was good, the host was good at communicating.

The host was fine. The car does not have heat and make sure to bring an aux cord because connecting to the music was impossible through Bluetooth.

Car smelled of smoke upon pickup, there was a pretzel under the seat and a cup. the radio screen was broken, windshield has a crack in it. I'm not happy about this rental at all
