Very nice car communication was excellent

Love the car drives so smooth I had to keep extending my time with it. Mhd was very nice and has good communication. If I wasn’t getting a car soon I would definitely book again!! I will recommend anyone I know to get this car!!

First, will say car was as promised, new/low mileage and relatively clean, so that is a plus. When we originally booked the host said pick up in Wallingford, then just days before changed to a Middletown address, which added almost an hour pickup and drop off time. But too late for us to scramble for another booking. Day of he kept pushing back the pickup time from original from 2 to 3 to 3:20. Picked up car, had a strange temporary license FL plate taped onto the bumper and an absolutely overwhelming smell of air fresheners to the point where we had to air it out for an hour to not get a headache. Car performed well on the drive once aired out. Then, he messaged that I had to get the car washed and vacuumed or pay the cleaning fee (that’s not the Turo policy, the policy is return in good condition with no caked on mud or dirt/grime/spills in the vehicle, cleaning was supposed to be included. But did it anyway. When I arrived for the agreed upon drop off time, he wasn’t there and just told me to leave the keys, which okay as long as I’m not blamed if the vehicle is taken. Overall pretty terse and unprofessional, and had two bait and switches (farther location and demand to wash the car). Car was nice and as promised, hence the three stars, but not worth the hassle in my opinion.
