Heat didn’t work due to no coolant in the car and car smelled like bathroom cleaning products

I apologize for the heat issue. The Hyundai dealership confirmed a radiator hose unexpectedly failed during your trip, causing the coolant loss. The vehicle was tested and fully functions prior to your booking. Regardless the scent, the car was professionally deep-cleaned and treated to remove odors from a previous guest’s smoking violation. Unfortunately, a faint smell of marijuana was also noted upon your return. I strive for 5-star experiences and regret these circumstances.
