Parking location is not at airport- it’s a hike on a shuttle and sort of confusing parking lot for us

How would you recommend we re-word the welcome commutation you received the day you book that explains delivery of the vehicle is to a satellite covered parking lot?

The car was clean and excellent running order. While internet signal was poor at the Park 2 Jet, that's no fault of the host. We found if we held our phone above our head, the signal connected.
We've rented Turo 3 times before this one and all we're plagued with vague and unclear directions for check-in or location of the car. One car was falsely advertised as all wheel drive and in poor condition.
This Turo Host was a shining example of providing an excellent car, service and communication.
