I think it needs to be checked out. It had a winning sound and hesitated when take off

First time Turo user. The app was pretty challenging for us mature folks (60 ). Once we figured it out, next time will be easier. Car was fine; suited our needs with 6 passengers and luggage. First time driving a Subaru Ascent. Lots of bells
