Great communication. Pictures to pick up the car in parking garage was appreciated. Car was comfortable. Car was clean but it smelt bad. I wasn’t aware of having to pay the parking fee upon exiting the parking ramp. Also picked up it up and it didn’t have a full tank of gas.
