Amazing!! Car was great and well kept up!! It was amazing!! Host was great!! This was my first time renting Turo and these guys definitely set the bar high!! Highly recommend!! The bronco was so fun to drive!!! Highly recommend!!

While I appreciate the host not canceling immediately before our pick up, this was not the car that I booked online. Yes it was the same make and model however, this car had been damaged (according to the host on the prior Rental.) which resulted in a large crack in the front windshield. The roof was also damaged making us leery of taking the tops off. All of that would’ve been fine however, the car was not clean prior to us renting. We had to pull over immediately and vacuum the car out because it had food and other things everywhere. there was no compensation or any allowances made for the condition of the car that we rented, and in my opinion, there should have been. We also have previously attempted to change the pick up and drop off location, but that was never granted, it did all work out, but a simple request to drop off at the airport Should have been accommodated.
