Upon picking up the vehicle and driving out of the parking spot, both of the front wheels fell off. Roadside assistance was called to come and fix both of the front wheels. Put them back on and secure all lug nuts. Upon driving further, there is a loud banging noise coming from underneath the back end of the vehicle. The vehicle smells like there is a dead mouse inside. We were also pulled over and warned one of the
front headlights was out.
We do apologize for the inconvenience. Wheels falling off is not something we as host could of caused. The car was recently detail before the trip so the smell we apologize for, don't understand how that came to be. All again we are very sorry.
