Very disappointing experience. The vehicle was not in acceptable condition at pickup—multiple exterior scratches, a broken rear light, and a noticeably unclean interior. There was a strong odor, sticky residue in the cupholders, and visible dirt on the ceiling and other surfaces.

I reported these issues to the host immediately. Her response—that baking soda had been used for the smell and that the car was “drivable”—did not address the condition concerns. Being “drivable” does not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards.

There were also billing issues. The night before the trip, I was charged over $100 for a different drop-off/location fee, despite booking a vehicle listed at the airport. Turo reviewed and removed this as invalid. After the trip, I was charged again over $100 for multiple items, which were also reviewed and removed as invalid.

Overall, the vehicle condition and billing practices did not align with expectations. I would use caution when booking.
