Car broke down 1hr after I got it and it took 3 hrs to get resolved when I ask can I get my time back they said no but they would give me a 10% off on my next rental would have been more helpful giving me the 3hrs I lost

We sincerely apologize for the unexpected battery issue. Once notified, we promptly offered the guest the option to cancel the trip or have the battery replaced and continue, and the guest chose the replacement. Hosts cannot access guest payment accounts or issue refunds directly; those are handled exclusively by Turo according to its policies. As a courtesy, we also offered a 10% discount on a future rental.
