The cleanliness and newness of the car was great. Koray dropped it off ahead of time so it was ready to go when I landed. I don’t have enough superlatives about the host, the car or how easy the pickup and return process was! Alex is a fantastic host. My wife now wants a BMW X7! 😃 We rented for a month and with the LT discount paid about the same as renting a mid-size SUV (ex. Chevy Blazer) from Hertz, Enterprise, etc. If available we’ll certainly rent from Alex again!
This is now the third time I rented from this turo host and every time has been very smooth and easy they are very polite and kind and accommodating they let me park my car in the front of the house I picked the car up at for the entire time I had their rental which is very convenient and I will definitely be renting from them again if possible thank you so much for being so kind and accommodating. Car was great. Had trouble finding it at the airport but I think that’s just because I was unfamiliar with the area. Also had trouble starting the car for the first time because I never drove a Tesla before but once I figured it out all was good. I do wish I had gotten the chance to use the self driving feature but it seemed to be disabled. Really nice experience besides my user errors.
