SUV rental at Travis Air Force Base, CA

This was the first time I used Turo and I loved the simplicity of paying for the rental, the best low cost, clean, well-maintained and easily found the vehicle by using the Turo app along with being able to text the owner if needed. I was able to pick the type of vehicle near me to rent. The vehicle was simple, hassle free to pick up and return. I met the host and they were professional, friendly and I will only use Turo when renting again. Love this concept and the price!

What a wonderful experience! The entire rental process was just so smooth and perfect. Communication was superb from the moment we made the reservation as well as right up to the drop off. Our family of 4 along with all of my wife's luggage had plenty of room for us. The 4-Runner drove great and surprised both my wife and I, so much so we are looking into getting one when we get home. We'll be returning to Seattle area again in the future to visit friends and will definitely be looking up WooJoo to rent this vehicle again when we return.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was, without question, one of the best rental vehicle experiences I’ve ever had. The Ford Bronco was absolutely perfect for exploring Oahu. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to maneuver, whether I was navigating Waikiki, winding mountain roads, or cruising along the coast. The visibility was excellent, the ride was smooth, and it gave us plenty of room for luggage, beach gear, and everything we needed for our family adventure. What truly made this experience exceptional, however, was the customer service. From start to finish, communication was outstanding. Every question was answered promptly, the pickup process was seamless, and the level of professionalism and kindness made us feel valued as guests rather than just another reservation. This vehicle became part of some of our most memorable moments in Hawaii, from breathtaking scenic drives to spontaneous stops along the island. Knowing we had a reliable, comfortable vehicle allowed us to enjoy every moment of our trip without stress. We come to Oahu quite a bit, and this rental worked out perfectly for our family. We were moving our daughter out of her dorm for the summer, so having a comfortable SUV with plenty of storage space in the back made a huge difference. It handled luggage, boxes, and beach gear easily without everyone feeling cramped. The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and very easy to drive around the island. Whether we were running errands in town or spending the day exploring different parts of Oahu, it was reliable and enjoyable the entire trip. Compared to the major rental companies where even tiny cars can cost a fortune in Hawaii, this was a much better value. We’ve also used Hui before, but if you’re out exploring for more than a couple hours, the cost adds up fast. Having this vehicle available the whole trip gave us way more flexibility and convenience without the stress. Would absolutely rent again next time we’re on the island. Highly recommend!

This was easily one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. The red Tesla Model Y with the beautiful white interior was absolutely stunning, spotless, fresh, comfortable, and a joy to drive. The car felt premium in every way, and having Full Self-Driving included at no extra cost made the experience even more special. For the price, this is an incredible value and honestly much better than my usual Avis, Enterprise, or other traditional rental bookings. Jay and Kam were outstanding hosts. They delivered the car before the scheduled time, made the pickup and return completely smooth, and took the time to explain everything about the car in detail. They are true Tesla enthusiasts and former Tesla employees, and their knowledge really shows. As first-time users of Tesla’s self-driving features, their guidance made us feel comfortable, confident, and able to enjoy the car to the fullest. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful refreshments they provided for us. That small gesture made a big difference and immediately showed how much they care about their guests. I have never experienced that level of hospitality with any other rental before. It felt less like a regular car rental and more like a carefully prepared premium experience. Communication was excellent throughout the trip. They were friendly, responsive, and available anytime we had a question. The entire experience was stress-free from start to finish, and the car was perfect for enjoying Seattle and the surrounding areas. Amazing car, great price, and truly super helpful hosts. We had such a great experience, renting this car for our nine day stay near Sacramento. Communication was quick and smooth. No issues finding the car or dropping the car off. Hybrid helped with the gas prices in California! Comfortable ride and great for the price. Will rent from him again!

Couldn't beat the price especially with it being a newer model car and also my previous reservation canceled on me in less than 24hrs. Blessed to have experienced this opportunity. Jose was an absolutely amazing host. We had an issue with the lockbox during pickup which ended up costing me an extra Uber ride plus Turo increased the price $45 on top of the original reservation price when it was rebooked which was pretty frustrating but Jose went WAY above and beyond to get everything situated after Turo cancelled the reservation and left me stranded in an unfamiliar state with no transportation. He was very friendly, communicated prompt and went out of his way to help me correct the issue. Truly grateful for his help. If I'm ever in Warrick again, I'd look to rent from him without hesitation.

The rental process was easy from start to finish. Communication was great, and the owner was pleasant and professional to work with. The vehicle was clean and met my needs for the price. My only feedback is that the car seemed to make a noticeable noise whenever it went over 30 mph, almost as if it was working hard to reach higher speeds. Igor was fantastic, the car was a complete joy to drive and Igor has gone out of his was to add some nice touches, a cooler with drinks and ice when you pick up the vehicle, an umbrella, and a charging power cord. The car was well beyond clean and tidy, by far the best Turo I've ever rented. The price was reasonable and was able to extend my reservation a few times was supposed to have for 2-3 days ended up with 7-8. I would highly recommend this vehicle and this host 5 out 5 stars top notch.
