A policy that cancels a trip and penalizes a host for failing to reply to an email within 15 minutes fails to account for real-world delivery conditions. My airport delivery required a 30-minute drive. Expecting hosts to check and respond to emails while behind the wheel forces distracted driving and directly compromises host safety for guest convenience. following safety and staye laws is also a policy. it outlines value of host saftey at a guests 15 minutes convienince.
