Car broke down in the middle of the highway and the host never responded
I’m sorry your experience was not satisfactory
Unfortunately the car had some mechanical issues
I don’t know why you stated I was not responding
I was on the phone with you thru out the entire time
And also was on the phone with roadside assistance
I understand your frustration but we do the best we can to assist guests in times like this
It’s never an ideal situation when the car breaks down
But we try to facilitate a safe outcome working with Turo roadside assistance
