Car was perfect, pickup and drop off could be easier with a lockbox. We also had to change the pickup spot last minute which sucked.

Host tried to extort parking fees after booking and held my car hostage until he contacted Turo customer service to confirm that you can’t do that lol. Harassed me during my trip and was hands down the most unpleasant host I’ve ever dealt with on this platform. Avoid at all costs, car was fine.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
