The car came with temporary plates that expired during the time of my rental. After multiple attempts to contact the host to clear this up, I finally had to call Turo customer service. It took 3 phone calls to customer service before the host sent a link to a map of where I needed to go to get the new plates which was not nearby. It felt sketchy and was terribly inconvenient
