This is my 2nd time renting this vehicle. Aaron is professional and provides excellent service. The car is great for getting around the Bay: comfortable and functional

Car was clean and in great condition. Pickup was very easy; the host sent a picture of its location in the mall parking lot and instructions on how to open the lockbox for the key. The electric drivetrain is very quiet and smooth. When going over bumps at low speeds, I noticed some minor creaking noises from the back, just a little annoying but did not affect driveability at all.
