Car was not delivered in time waited until 220 un I started my trip the help
Workers were really nice tho but timing was bad and I understand

Experience overall was good. Easy pickup and drop off. Good communication and service. The reasons not for 5 stars was because when I picked up the vehicle I had to pay $40 to exit the garage and only $20 was reimbursed after instructions stating that a max of $12 would be charged. Also the car was not fully cleaned/vaccumed, which isn’t a huge deal, but all the bug splattered on the windshield was very annoying. Would likely give 4.5 stars if I could.

We liked the car and ease of the Turo app, but we received the car one hour late at the airport, plus with dirty windows and rear view mirrors. Had to get car wash upon pick up.
No smoking allowed
