No car was available upon landing at SLC airport - when I called the rep was yelling at me saying well this was a last minute booking and I needed to wait until she got an update on when the car would be delivered. Last minute? We booked the car 24 hours in advance- if this isn’t ok they should not accept the booking. I was just asking how long I was going to have to wait. No answer given. I was sent a text an hour and 41 minutes later telling me the car was ready. At this point I was already at my next destination and called to cancel the reservation. Horrible customer service. I’m so disappointed as I have never experienced this kind of service before.

Horrible customer service, cancelled trip initially 1 hour before pick up. Rented again, not knowing it was the same company. Spent almost 1 hour looking for the car because the instructions were not correct, and they could not locate the car. Original pictures taken from the host were taken previously somewhere else showing a condition that the car was not in when I picked it up. I would not recommend booking from this company ever.

Good car. Poor service. Dirty. Didn't leave car where requested. Not confident they would've remembered car seats if I didn't remind them.

The car had prior damage on it. We typically dont drive vehicles that have damage. The windshield was pretty hard to see out of due to rock chip damage in several areas. The vehicle did serve its purpose outside of issues mentioned. Vehicle was located in a convenient area for pickup and drop off. Clear instructions were given by host.
