Car was swapped with a different one than I chose less than 1 hour prior to pickup. The new vehicle was new and nice but delivered unwashed on the outside. Communication was lacking when I asked to be compensated by getting an extra 100 miles for my 3 day rental. Took 36 hours to get a response and the answer was no. Otherwise communication was good.

Incredible experience from start to finish! The Tahoe was spotless and in perfect condition. Communication with the host was outstanding — quick, clear, and friendly. Pickup was seamless, and the online walkthrough videos made everything super easy. This is exactly the kind of host and vehicle that makes Turo great. Already planning to book again!
