Great car rental experience! We've had a few recent bad experiences with big name car rental companies and decided to give Turo a try for a vacation car rental. Highly recommend Jeni and Roger as hosts and their vehicle. Communication, directions, and recommendations for our trip were excellent, as were the extra amenities. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience renting Henry’s BMW X6. The car was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and a pleasure to drive throughout our Lake Tahoe trip. Henry was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. What impressed us most was his honesty and professionalism. Last day of the trip,, we noticed some scratches and were worried they might have happened while the car was in our possession. Henry immediately reassured us that the scratches were already there before our rental and that he had documented them with photos. He could not have handled the situation more honestly or graciously, and he completely put our minds at ease. It is wonderful to deal with someone you can trust. We would absolutely rent from Henry again and highly recommend him to anyone using Turo. Five stars all the way

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with Turo. Why rent a car through a rental company? This was so much easier. Jeni is wonderful! The car was clean, easy to drive, and perfect for our quick trip to Tahoe. Jeni responded so quickly to any requests and provided all the information to make the pick-up and return super easy and quick.
the car worked wonderfully! i was visiting family, and i was able to extend the trip a few times which was so nice, manuel was communicative, and very helpful, the car pick up was amazing, and the drop off was just as easy, the car runs great and there really was no issues at all. a wonderful host, a wonderful trip, and a beautiful car! will definitely rent again if in need of a car.

Guy's SUV was perfect for our group's ski trip in Palisades Tahoe. The vehicle was clean, and got us safely from point A to B, and back! Every step of the process went smoothly and I would go this route again on our next trip as Turo saved us nearly $500 on a 5 day trip vs the big box rental companies. This was my first time trying Turo and it surely won't be the last...skipping the line at the rental counter was the first win followed by others. Thank you Guy and Turo!!
I’ve never had a bad experience using Turo, I’ve just never gotten around to leaving a review. Glad to say this will be the first. Communication was top tier. The host made sure to reach out to me before my reservation even started and was quick with responses to any questions I had. The car was very clean and the pickup process was nice and easy. He even offered an early pickup at 2pm, my reservation was for 3pm. At the end of of the trip, I did end up leaving a few items in the car and due to my work schedules i needed a few days before I could go get them. He worked with me by allowing me those few days and I was able to get my items. Overall the trip was great. I used the vehicle for a quick trip to the Bay Area. Will definitely rent again.
