Great rental experience! Communication was excellent, and pickup was easy. The hosts were very accommodating, working with us on both pickup and delivery while traveling with our toddler. Great car rental experience! We've had a few recent bad experiences with big name car rental companies and decided to give Turo a try for a vacation car rental. Highly recommend Jeni and Roger as hosts and their vehicle. Communication, directions, and recommendations for our trip were excellent, as were the extra amenities. Guy's SUV was perfect for our group's ski trip in Palisades Tahoe. The vehicle was clean, and got us safely from point A to B, and back! Every step of the process went smoothly and I would go this route again on our next trip as Turo saved us nearly $500 on a 5 day trip vs the big box rental companies.
