I’ve never had a bad experience using Turo, I’ve just never gotten around to leaving a review. Glad to say this will be the first. Communication was top tier. The host made sure to reach out to me before my reservation even started and was quick with responses to any questions I had. The car was very clean and the pickup process was nice and easy. He even offered an early pickup at 2pm, my reservation was for 3pm. At the end of of the trip, I did end up leaving a few items in the car and due to my work schedules i needed a few days before I could go get them. He worked with me by allowing me those few days and I was able to get my items. Overall the trip was great. I used the vehicle for a quick trip to the Bay Area. Will definitely rent again.

Great car rental experience! We've had a few recent bad experiences with big name car rental companies and decided to give Turo a try for a vacation car rental. Highly recommend Jeni and Roger as hosts and their vehicle. Communication, directions, and recommendations for our trip were excellent, as were the extra amenities. Guy's SUV was perfect for our group's ski trip in Palisades Tahoe. The vehicle was clean, and got us safely from point A to B, and back! Every step of the process went smoothly and I would go this route again on our next trip as Turo saved us nearly $500 on a 5 day trip vs the big box rental companies. Qais was absolutely fantastic. The car was brand new, spotless, and exactly as advertised. Communication was excellent from start to finish—he was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help me when my travel plans unexpectedly changed. What was supposed to be a simple fly-in, fly-out trip turned into a much longer day after I got delayed in Truckee and missed my flight. Qais was kind enough to even meet me at the airport in case I made it, and when I didn’t, he couldn’t have been more patient or accommodating. I ended up extending the rental until I could catch another flight, and he made the entire process seamless. If you’re renting a car in the Reno area, I highly recommend booking with Qais. This car was perfect for our family trip! It’s a great small SUV size that has plenty of leg room in 2nd row as well as lots of space in back for suitcases. We were able to fit 4 carry ons plus 4 backpacks and still had room for more. The car was super clean inside and Quentin made drop off and pick up so easy!

Pick up was very easy, drop off was easy. Car ran great, and was clean. Was surprised by how good the mileage was, went to Lake Tahoe, drove all over, and only had to fill up the tank once before dropping the car off. Hosts were incredibly responsive during the trip about any questions I had about how to use the features of the car and accommodated me dropping the car off 2 hours early. I’ve always had a good experience with Turo, and this is one of the best ones yet.
