Pickup was good, as the return process. The only issues: the gas mileage was much less than expected and the car had no “blind spot” features. However, the rating was a “hard 4” and would/will rent from them again.

The car is rated on Turo to get 26 mpg in the description and you got 30 mpg out of it. (which I think is amazing).
The blind spot monitor in the description is a safety feature Turo has determined my car has due to trim and there is no option for me to remove it.
I’m very saddened you have left a 4-star rating as I was proudly having an all 5-star account. I have accommodated all your extra requests and don’t think I deserved this.
