Everything I hoped for and more. First time using Turo, knew nothing about it or how it worked.. and let me tell you, Andrea made this process as easy and pleasant as it could be. Beautiful clean car, quick easy and clear pick up instructions, very easy to communicate with her throughout the rental. Thank you Andrea and Turo for making our first experience a great one! 👍👍

The car quality was great and new. The reservation said the lock code would be available 10 minutes before and I had to wait in the heat to receive it to open the door. The pickup was not seamless and the drop off was a little chaotic as there was someone waiting for another car to pickup. The host was a little annoying asking that feet not be on the dashboard after already sending car rules. It was a little weird.

Thanks for your input. I appreciate you renting with me. I apologized. You called a minute or 2 before ten minutes was up, and I answered immediately and sent you the code. The message about not putting your feet on the dash is an automatic message that states, please, no smoking, no pets, and please don't place your feet on the dash. I can remove that if that makes the guest feel uncomfortable. I hope you will give me another chance to earn 5 stars.
