Great experience overall! The Mazda CX-30 was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and rent again!

The car was enjoyable until I looked and saw the mirror was cracked on the driver side. I didn't notice when I first got it so I didn't want to drive it because I thought I had done something to someones car until they told me it was already like that then I was able to breathe.

It’s a small cosmetic crack from previous trip, isn’t any functional issue. Was documented in pretrip photos. It’s strange that you waited until 10 minutes before drop off to mention it. But, I responded in a second that it pre exists. You take no pretrip or posttrip photos and never responded to pickup messages. Car was ready for handoff, but you picked up in a minute without any notice. No chance to walk you through. Also retuned to my neighbors driveway. Pls follow instructions going forward.
