Car was filthy when I received it. It was almost too dangerous to drive it because sun was setting and the windshield was so dirty that it was difficult to see what's ahead of me.
Another thing I didn't like was that, we were given the car at the terminal so I didn't have time to inspect the car, just hop on the car and drive.
Otherwise, the car was exceptional to drive.

That’s not accurate. The car returned from service the same day, and I shared the service report with Turo. It’s unfortunate, but using wiper fluid is basic and shouldn’t make the car unsafe to drive. As for the airport delivery, it’s optional for guests, and I also offer delivery to the nearest light rail station. If the airport pickup was inconvenient, the drop-off could have been changed to a different location, including the cellphone waiting area, which I offered.
