Horrible experience. The vehicle had faulty plates and the host was extremely unprofessional. I was pulled over because of the issue and wasn’t able to properly utilize the car for my trip. This caused a major inconvenience and completely disrupted my plans. I expect this matter to be taken seriously.

Firat I couldnt find the place, they moved. Then I couldnt find the car due to a different license plate. Then the check engine light came on right away and thru out my trip "Oil Pressure" shut off engine. I was told not to worry about it. I worried. Then I had to bring it back an hour earlier than I planned. Im ovee Turo. I like the people i rent from but it ends up costing me to much $$ and headaches.

The check engine light started to flash the car started losing power and stuttering really bad and shut off on the freeway we then called The Host and told him the situation what had occurred he was very rude unapologetic and did not care how we got home I told him that it was a kid in the car it was very non empathetic he then told us to check the oil in the car when the car did what it did when that was his job to do before renting a car to someone for public use give this car a negative zero review to make sure and ensure to all drivers of California that this car does not be released to the public at all the host is very rude not reliable and he will try to turn it around on you if it is his fault do not do any business with this man
