The car was nice and somewhat cleaned besides white stains in the back seat . Otherwise good except the maintenance of the car was not up , it was somewhat concerning. It sounded like it needed a muffler or something and the service due and oil change due warning was on dash .

Unfortunately, I’m rating this 1 star due to unclear communication and unprofessional interactions. Before picking up the car, we asked the owner if we could add the unlimited miles option since we anticipated possibly going over the daily mileage limit. The response we received was unclear, and I was under the impression that the $20 unlimited mileage fee would be applied after we return the vehicle.
Instead, I was charged $0.39 per mile. Had the communication been clear before I picked up and drove the vehicle, I would not have exceeded the daily mileage limit.
Additionally, when I reached out for clarification, the tone of the responses felt unprofessional and rude. Overall, the lack of clarity beforehand and the way the situation was handled made the experience unpleasant.
