Unfortunately it was really dirty, we had no response from the host when I expressed the issues of the vehicle. Finding a drop off point for the vehicle was also difficult and time consuming.
The car ran smoothly and had no mechanical issues.

Having to pay for a parking ticket after I had already dropped off the car sucked tremendously. I don’t think street parking is a good solution. A designated parking area would be helpful

EXTREMELY RUDE! I do not recommend. The car was not where the map said it was and I was late to my meeting because I had to walk around endlessly and call Turo support. Ed did not pick up his phone. And then he proceeded to argue with me over it. The car was also dirty with only half a tank of gas. He then tried to claim I didn't refuel the car and charge me for it.
Thankfully I had pictures. Total scam artist... do not bother with him!
Pickup instructions and location were provided on time. Failure to read my pickup instructions was the cause of your issue. Gas tank was full and returned half empty and refused to pay for the fuel used during the trip. Happy not to have her rent any of my cars again. Thanks.
