Wonderful vehicle! A+++ experience

While the hosts are pleasant and detailed in their communication style. They do not maintain this car. On our first day with the vehicle the battery died which resulted in us waiting for 4 hours in a parking lot waiting for a technician. It took two technicians to remove the battery because the unit had corroded and rusted. The car also makes a grinding noise when turning. We lost a half day of touring and didn’t recover any refund for our time. If you look at other reviews- users have reported concerns about car maintenance issues too. We use Turo frequently and this was been a very concerning experience.
We are very sorry for your negative experience. This vehicle is frequently maintained by a professional Nissan dealer. The guest claims that there was corrosion, the inspection by the Nissan dealer within the last month proves otherwise. This customer demanded a full refund and continue to use the vehicle for three more days. We did provide a partial refund that was more than generous, considering the inconvenience.

Steve and the pathfinder were really excellent to work with! I’m only 18 but he was generous enough to allow me use of the car. Every instruction and direction on how to locate the car in particular were very well laid out giving me a super easy path to follow, because he had an option for parking not on airport property which was free which I thought was great! And not to mention the treat and water that was left in the car upon arrival made for a very warm welcome. During my trip I knew I always had an extremely reliable clean car. I know I’ll be back in the area again and when I am I’m renting with STEVE!! Five stars ⭐️

Had a great experience with this rental. There was a little confusion the day before but it was quickly and generously resolved by the hosts. They were always quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely rent from them again!
