Just the facts
Received expedition low in fuel
Rearview mirrors were loose and when do you open and shut the doors they moved and they moved in transit, so you were constantly adjusting your rearview mirrors
Discrepancy with oil change sticker and actual odometer was 40,000 miles
Was pulled over a couple days into my trip for lighting issues by the police
Proper insurance and registration was not in the vehicle
The driver side door window fell off the track during our vacation and slipped down the door, panel
I worked it out with the host. Weather permitting to bring the vehicle back drove the vehicle 72 miles with no window and no air-conditioning and possibility of a thunderstorm to save them the towing and they charge me an improper drop off fee because they would not respond to the 20 minute notice that I gave them consistent with pick up
