Took 20 min to fond the car. Instructions said the car is located "in lot 3." Which has dozens of rows and no space numbering. Vehicle owner needs to send accurate location coordinates and identifying photos.
I feel confident that the renter either didn’t know how to use the Turo app or didn’t have the Turo app. We uploaded the Turo gps location instructions exactly, included two landmark pictures of the car’s location, and even listed text directions in the app. On top of that, he messaged my cell phone to which I responded 30 mins later instead of messaging in Turo app to which my two co-host could have responded immediately. We try to provide excellent customer service, but using the app helps.
