The location was amazing! and the process was incredibly smooth!. A very short walk from the parking spot to the terminal at Destin. Easy to find and easy return. Can’t be beat on process. The owner was great communicator. However. Downside, the car reeked of smoke. I was thankful no one had serious allergies in our group. The problem is it’s hard to switch cars w Turo. We had to leave the windows down every day to make it bearable. I was told the owner tried to get the smell out. And that Turo does not ban users who disobey rules.. disappointing. Come on Turo!
