Car has horrible hail damage all over the car. After the trip, they charged me for unnecessary things. Would not rent from them again.
Hi, unfortunately the recent hail storm caused a lot of damage to our fleet. And it’s been scheduled for repair. It’s unforeseen and does not affect drivability.
The post trip invoice contains your on trip charging fee and Toll. All clearly invoiced. We waived the post-trip charging fee. TURO team reviewed and approved.
