Host was excellent communicator, extremely nice and helpful. Car was everything as described. All the extra fees were unknown and would have rented through Avis had I seen all the fees in advance. $31 was on me as I did not refuel.
Can’t say enough great things about the host and maybe my issue is with Turo, but won’t be using the app again.
I sorry to hear that, I charge only what I used to refill the tank! But turo charge 10 dolars of fee! It doesn’t come to us! Your rate affects my business not turo app!
