Pick up and drop off was much better than a lot of Turo’s are! Shuttle service had good customer service and was reliable for me. This car worked well for my trip and I enjoyed it. Host was also responsive and friendly. Thanks!

This was a really eventful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend changing airport pick up into airport district pick up. Saturday the air did not work nor did the media function properly which was weird because I had no problem using the media ( Bluetooth ) on Friday or this morning before returning. I was informed that the screen may or may not work at times but there was no warning of the system malfunctions. While I appreciate the opportunity to use your service, I do not feel that the condition of the vehicle reflected the standard customers should expect. Because of the issues, I am requesting some form of compensation or adjustment for the inconvenience experienced during my rental.
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss a reasonable resolution. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Beware other hosts, this guests have been finding every way to criticize and complain, with demands of compensation. Not an accurate representation of our service, just in the comments, the guest is demanding “compensations”.
