The car was fine. The drop off was hectic-the parking lot was extremely busy and it was hard to find a spot to park (you have to park at a designated area and need to take a shuttle). Our flights times had changed so I asked to keep the car for an extra hour and it was going to be an extra $76 and change - I thought that was a bit much especially as we had already paid a lot to rent it for 16 days!

Orlando airport parking areas can become extremely busy during peak hours, especially in designated return zones required by airport regulations, which unfortunately is outside of my control. Regarding the extension, Turo automatically recalculates pricing based on availability and trip details at the time of the request. I truly appreciate your 16 day booking and your business.
