Car was easy to find after landing only thing that was inconvenient we had to pay to get car out of parking lot that wasn’t disclosed til day of. There also was a sensor on the car and the first day it stalled out. I asked the owner about a compensation for the parking fee and he ignored my message but was responding to other things. Car did what it was supposed to for the 5 day period but I do think it coulda been better
Hi Amelia, thank you for your feedback. The parking fee is disclosed in the welcome message and applies to all airport parking with no way to avoid it. Communication was consistent and an inspection report was provided for your peace of mind. The sensor required repair, but fixing it during your trip would have meant canceling, so it was handled after. Also, smoking occurred in the vehicle, which violates Turo policy. I’m glad the car served you overall and appreciate the feedback.
