It was super frustrating to be honest. The app didn’t work during the trip. We had no idea how the drop off and pick up process.

Host was super helpful with all questions we had. Car seats were great. Tesla does it right when it comes to convenience. If your daily driver is a Tesla, totally worth it to purchase the app access with this rental. All settings (seat positions, climate, mirror, steering wheel etc.) load seamlessly upon entering the vehicle, as well as logging into Apple Music so it’s like getting into your own car. Shuttle was super easy, about 10 minutes to and from the airport. Would definitely rent again!

10/10 experience. Car was amazing - clean and well taken care of, lots of features. First time driving a Tesla and it was a very easy to figure out. Pickup was easy, host was very responsive.
