El carro estaba muy bien. Tenía un crack en el parabrisas pero el dueño ya había advertido. La tarjeta también estaba rota pero también el dueño sabía porque fue el anterior arrendatario. El vehículo estaba súper!

I’m not keen on leaving bad reviews as I know there are people who can hardly be satisfied, but I am not one of those people as I consider myself very considerate. Time and communication are valuable for everyone, which includes renters. As far as the car, everything was great, and I enjoyed another Tesla rental experience. As for the cons, although I was 10 minutes late on pickup, it took another 20 minutes for me to even pull off with the app access being delayed, which I didn’t let bother me much at first. What really bothered me was when I communicated hours in advance that I would attempt to bring the vehicle back earlier, made sure it was charged back to the percentage required, and although the hosts read my message, I arrived to a locked gate, which no one warned me of since there are no hours posted on it and still no follow-up message from that. This evidently will cost me extra since I had no time to charge again, but lesson learned.
To clarify: You arrived at midnight ~12 hours early. You sent a message late at night, but we didn’t see it until the next day, so we couldn’t meet you or adjust. The locked gate is standard outside coordinated hours.
The battery fee follows our listing/Turo policy. Returning 12 hours early left no time to recharge to the required level.
Advance notice during normal hours helps avoid this.
