Originally rented car was switched day before rental to older car. Exterior of car was dirty at delivery. Battery was at 33% upon delivery. Needed a charge before we reached our destination. Car was delivered with no windshield washer fluid.
Sir, due to some technical issues with the car you booked the car was swapped with your permission and you got some discount for that. And when it comes to charging and dirty exterior the car was sitting in airport parking for a whole day with sentry mode on which will take up a lot of charging to record every time some thing passes by. We could have easily canceled the reservation but we went out of our way to fulfill the reservation. We think we compensated you well enough for inconvenience.
