Below expectations. Brakes were squeaking with rotors grinding, the tire pressure light was on, and the vehicle had only a quarter tank of gas at pickup.
As a fellow Turo host, I reported the concerns expecting accountability and a plan to inspect the vehicle for future guests. Instead, I was told to return it if I felt uncomfortable, which came across as dismissive. I wasn’t seeking compensation — I rented this Macan because I’m considering one as my next vehicle — but both the vehicle condition and host response were disappointing.

The Macan has ceramic brakes, which may produce light noise in colder temperatures; this typically disappears once the rotors warm up. Cold weather can also temporarily lower tire pressure and only required air.
When you expressed discomfort, we offered to exchange the vehicle for another Porsche of the same standard. Our goal is always to provide solutions and treat all guests equally.
