This was by far the worst rental car experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we picked up the vehicle, it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke that appeared to be covered up with another fragrance. The air conditioning barely worked during our entire trip in Florida’s 90 degree weather, and the right side constantly blew hot air.
The vehicle was advertised as having enough space for five people, but it was cramped even with only three passengers. Several parts of the car were broken, including the passenger-side visor, which would fall off when opened, and the gas cap, which was stuck and had to be pried open every time we needed fuel.
The front tires were extremely worn, the car screeched when braking and turning, and the interior was in poor condition with numerous stains and even trash left behind in the seat pockets. The trunk was also much smaller than expected
What made the experience even worse was the response from the host when we reported the air conditioning issue on the very first day of our trip. With temperatures over 90 degrees, driving without proper A/C was extremely uncomfortable. We contacted the host immediately, but our complaint was denied and dismissed rather than addressed. We were left to deal with the problem for the remainder of our trip.
We would not rent this vehicle again and cannot recommend it to others.
Unfair rate, assuming that all your claims not make sense, a/c working on the minute that you return it, the vehicle is pristine condition and maintenance is perfect.
All this because you didn’t know that a porsche Macan not gonna be a good fit for 5 adults + luggage for all of them.
Maybe the A/c doesn’t work because you’re not familiar with a high end vehicle.
Anyway, i agree with you - You never gonna rent this vehicle again.

Car needed some work that I was unaware of, which didn’t make the ride as “comfortable” as it should have been. All in all the car was okay. Did what it needed to do.
