Due to lack of preventative maintenance, vehicle broke down (coolant leak) and left us stranded. Host (there are many "Co-Hosts", we never spoke with the same person) did not provide support and instead filed a claim against us.
Hi Jordan, we respectfully disagree with this review. Our support was fully active throughout the trip, with multiple team members assisting to ensure you always had a response and help. Regarding maintenance, the vehicle was being serviced and we shared updates and photos. This is a 2016 vehicle, and while well maintained, unexpected issues can happen. We always aim to support and resolve situations promptly, which we did in this case.
