Great car

Worse rental ever I do not recommend there was issues from the beginning of my trip to pick the vehicle up for one I stay almost two hours away not a problem I get a uber to pick up the car they did not confirm my license so once I got to the car in the rain there was no key I called and text with no response finally somebody answered and came to the vehicle to unlock it in the rain the same day I get the car i submit my photos and there is a hazard light on the dash board they don’t respond and at the time I didn’t know what it meant. I work over night I got pulled by law enforcement going to work they stop me because the front headlight was out and it was pouring down raining I immediately let my host know and asked for a solution they did not respond for days I text again the next day because I still hadn’t gotten a repose they finally respond and tell me I would have to come all the way back almost two hours away for the headlight to be looked at which is a huge inconvenience because by the time they responded it was the next night how am I going to drive almost two hours one way and two hours back at 8pm without a headlight I explained that would not work for me because no only was I to far and it was already gotten dark but I also had to pay for the miles and the gas to take the car back I asked for another solution no response I booked the car for 5 days I had to cancel and end my trip early through turo support because my host was the most non responsive unprofessional host I ever met horrible experience DO NOT BOOK
