The car was really clean but it didn’t start when first try to crank it you have to try and few times. Also, when I reached out for help they did not reply with urgency. They were nice and all but car needs work.

Trip was great. A small miscommunication about key location on pickup but found it easily enough. The car actually ran a little rough but owner said he would address would use again

Car had no heat at all during this cold front and when I informed the host they said they would switch me into a different car then ghosts me until it’s time to return the car! The back tires both needed air and I got pulled over because of an expired tag. The overall lack of communication for these concerns will keep me from renting with them again. Price was good and car drove fine but that’s all that was good about this experience.

This was the second car from the same owner, switched out to us the first day, since the first vehicle broke down a few miles from the airport. This car was clean and this second car got us to and from our destinations, but there was a a really hard idle. specifically when you are at a stop light, it basically sounds like the engine is one sputter away from giving out. The car smelled heavily of cigarettes and way too much cologne. There are electrical complications you can roll the windows down from the driver side but to roll up the passenger side window will only roll up if the passenger does it, slightly inconvenient. The car must have had a major accident, you can tell because the driver side does not seal, so it sounds like you are in a small wind tunnel, and the answer is no… the window does not close any further. They changed drop off directions last min day of our flight, no one needs anymore stress. Recommend changing any updates on return for the night before. Also recommend owner to find a new mechanic. No refunds were received for any inconveniences experienced on this trip.
