This listing should be investigated for safety concerns and misrepresentation.
During my trip, the vehicle began making unusual and concerning mechanical noises. I reported this issue immediately but did not receive proper assistance or follow-up. My trip dates were also changed without clear communication or consent.
After returning the vehicle due to safety concerns, I noticed attempts to charge me additional money. I have contacted my bank to dispute these charges.
Additionally, the lot where the vehicle was picked up appeared suspicious. Multiple cars on the property were visibly damaged and did not match the condition advertised in the listing photos. The vehicle I received did not accurately reflect the listing description.
For safety and transparency reasons, I believe this listing and host should be thoroughly reviewed.
